We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a self-service laundry and free tuk-tuk service to the nearby MRT station. The Wi-Fi was also reliable and fast.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. Located in a nice and safe neighborhood, it provides a comfortable stay in a residential area. The staff is awesome and very friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean, spacious, and come with large beds and extra nice bathrooms. Basic amenities are provided, and breakfast is included.

The staff were understanding and cooperative, even with limited English skills. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and I was really surprised by the self-service laundry and free tuk-tuk service. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the level of cleanliness amazed me. There were also convenient amenities nearby such as a local 7/11 and a bar/restaurant with live music. The air conditioning was excellent, and the shower was fantastic. excellent value for money and highly recommended.

The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and we loved the nice view from our room on the 4th floor. In-room dining service was a great convenience, and the small restaurant on the first floor was a lovely place to enjoy a drink or meal. The free shuttle bus to the nearest MRT station was very convenient, especially for young families.
Felt very cared for, no reason to complain.

The staff at Ck2 Hotel Sha Extra Plus were kind and helpful. One of the staff members saw that I had injured my finger and immediately offered assistance, treating the wound with care. The facilities in the room were also great, with amenities like a water kettle, refrigerator, and comfortable seating area. The hotel even provided free transportation to the subway station, making it convenient to explore the city. I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel.

They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and were always willing to give me recommendations and directions. The rooms werenice and neat, with a good size and the necessary amenities. I particularly appreciated the laundry facilities available on-site, convenient to wash my clothes.
It seems that some guests were not very considerate and it disrupted my sleep.
